Shipping Policy

We are committed to fulfilling and dispatching your orders with maximum efficiency.
For orders where all selected items are in stock, we typically ship within 4 days of placement—often even sooner, depending on daily order volume.
If any item is out of stock, please allow an additional week for shipping, as we will need time to restock or process backorders.
During peak periods, including new product launches and major holidays, order processing may require a few extra days due to higher demand. Please be advised: Once your package is handed over to the postal service or courier, we no longer have control over its transit route or delivery timelines. However, we will provide you with a unique tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
We offer shipping to nearly every address around the globe. That said, certain products are subject to shipping restrictions, and some items may not be eligible for international delivery (due to local regulations or logistical constraints).
We maintain warehouses in China (CN) and the United Kingdom (UK). Delivery times vary based on your destination, but most shipments arrive within 10 to 25 business days after dispatch.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing our products. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and we’ve outlined our return policy to ensure a clear and smooth process:
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery (confirmed by tracking information).
To qualify, items must be in their original, unused condition—with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories intact (e.g., no signs of wear, damage, or modification).
Some items are non-returnable due to safety, hygiene, or custom nature, including: personalized products, perishable goods, intimate apparel, and opened skincare/cosmetic items. A full list of non-returnable items is available on individual product pages.
2. Return Process
Submit a Return Request: Before sending back any items, please contact our customer service team via [email/online form] with your order number, the name of the item(s) to return, and a brief reason for the return. We will review your request within 2 business days and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
Prepare the Shipment: Pack the eligible item(s) securely (we recommend using the original packaging if possible) and clearly mark the RA number on the outer package. Note: Unauthorized returns (without an RA number) may be rejected or delayed.
Ship the Item Back: You are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). Please retain the return tracking number for reference—we are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
3. Refund & Exchange Details
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) (usually within 3–5 business days of delivery to our warehouse) and confirm they meet eligibility requirements, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and processing times may vary by payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size/color), please specify your desired replacement in your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if the requested item is out of stock, we will automatically process a refund instead.
Deductions: For returns due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), we may deduct a small restocking fee (up to 10% of the item’s purchase price) from the refund amount. No restocking fees apply to returns caused by our errors or defective products.
4. Special Notes
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (e.g., wrong size/color), please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a free replacement or full refund at your choice.
International returns may be subject to local customs duties or taxes; these fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
